Red Tuscan IGT
At Casale Falchini there is no lack of red wines: in addition to the fine Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, other
excellent Red Tuscan wines are produced.
Mora di Selva: is produced mostly with Sangiovese grapes grown on the property's vineyards on the hills
of San Gimignano.
Paretaio: produced on the Casale vineyards of Sangiovese grapes combined with a
small percentage of Merlot, with hand selected grapes during the harvest
Campora: from the vineyard of the same name in Casale; this wine is produced almost entirely
with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand with the outmost care
Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG
Among the fine red wines produced in San Gimignano by the Vineyards of Casale di Falchini, there are some excellent products that many will certainly appreciate:
- Historic Label 1968, a Chianti of the Sienese hills made from Sangiovese grapes and small percentages of other red grapes, all grown in the vineyards owned by the farm in San Gimignano
- Titolato Colombaia, coming from the homonymous Colombaia property; it is a Chianti of the Sienese Hills obtained by assembling Sangiovese, Merlot and other red grapes, briefly passed in barriques, obtaining an elegant wine
